House Rules

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound and responsible for compliance with the House Reservation Rules. *The House Reservation Rules are very strict and very easy to follow. Unfortunately, as hosts, we must constantly be on the lookout for bad guests who want to use our home to throw parties. Our neighbors are very important to us and we have promised to be vigilant of potential problems. If you’re not going to have a party, you will find the House Reservation Rules to be easily agreeable. Thank you for your understanding.
* BOOKING RULES: 1. LOCAL GUESTS - If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking. 2. TRAVEL PURPOSE AND TRAVEL COMPANIONS - When booking, please tell us the purpose of your trip. Please include the names and ages of all guests that will be staying at the home.
* OTHER RULES: 3. NO PARTIES - Our neighbors are long-term residents and they will call the authorities. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 9 pm. 4. SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED - Guest acknowledges that no "smoking" also includes the use of vape pens and marijuana, there will be a $250 fee charged per day of the reservation if this rule is not followed. 5. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR VISITORS – No additional guests or visitors are allowed in or around the property at any time. A Violation of this rule will lead to the cancellation of your reservation and the immediate removal of all guests WITHOUT REFUND. Your reservation will be forfeited. 7. PARKING – Guests may bring up to three vehicles. No more than 3 vehicles may be parked at the home. Additional vehicles cannot be parked in the neighborhood. Doing so will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense. 8. SECURITY TEAM - We have a private security company that monitors our security cameras and our property. They will alert us if they see a violation of the rules. You may be asked to provide identification to the officers if we receive a complaint. The cameras are outside of the house and they are noise aware. We have a decimal noise level monitor in the house. 9. SECURITY DEPOSIT - If you damage anything in the home, you are responsible for the cost of its replacement. 10. LIABLE FOR COSTS - If not following any of our rules results in fees or forces us to refund or discount an upcoming reservation, you will be liable for the costs.

Pets are not permitted whatsoever, we have a family allergy and cannot accommodate any. Thanks for your understanding!

The Property has 24/7 security cameras placed by the front door and/or near the driveway. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Welcome to our beautifully renovated (as of January 2022) home in a quiet southwest Pensacola neighborhood with a nearby park and a shopping center, minutes from the area Naval Hospital and a short drive to both downtown Pensacola and area beaches. Updated appliances and fully stocked essentials ensure our guests have a wonderful stay. Our entire home is perfect for friends and families alike, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, open living area, and beaches within 15 minutes for groups who are looking to kick back and relax on the beach or fish off the pier! The home includes 1 king-sized bed with an accompanying full-size futon in the master bedroom, 1 queen-sized bed, and 1 full bed and double-twin size bunk beds; a 70" TV in an open living room; a full kitchen with bar seating, and dining room table for all of your cooking and dining needs; a ping pong table in the garage; and large backyard with pool and seating, ready for relaxing and/or family fun. We can't wait to host you!
